Vector Portrait-Completed

1. As the artist of this piece, what was your main objective?

-My main objective was to create a vector portrait of Taylor Swift while still maintaining her detailed features.

2. What tools did you primarily use for this project?

-For this project, I primarily used the Pen Tool to carefully create each shape. I also used the move tool to manipulate each shape the way I wanted it to go.

3. What are the advantages of using the Pen Tool and creating Paths?

-The advantages of using the Pen Tool and creating Paths is it allows you to have a lot of control while creating a selection. Another advantage is, unlike the lasso tools, the Pen Tool allows you to easily pick up where you left off.

4. How were you able to fulfill the requirements of the Rubric?

5. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

-The main challenge I faced during this project is doing the top and right side of the hair. This proved to be a challenge because of the unique shape of her hair. It was also difficult because of the different colors that needed to be nicely blended.

6. Do you feel you successfully completed the project? Why or why not?

-Yes, I feel that I have successfully completed this project because I completed the requirements of the Rubric. It is also successfully completed because I created a Vector Portrait while maintaining all of the important details.
