1. As the author of these three pieces, what was your main object?

- My main objective for this project was to add more elements to each photo as a way to make it more interesting.

2. What tools did you primarily use for this project?

- For this project, I mostly used the selection tools such as, the pen tool, quick selection tool, and magic wand tool. I also used the paint brush, crop tool, move tool, history and the channels.

3. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

- Some challenges I faced was trying to select the hands in the collage and selecting Taylor Swift's hair in the double exposure.

4. One of the requirements for the Double Exposure and the Duo-Tone project was to remove the backgrounds of you images. What tools or techniques did you use to remove it? Were there some tools or techniques that worked better for you than others?

- To remove the background, I used the pen tool to select the person, then I made the selection and inverted it. Then I deleted the selection and filled it with a white background. I chose to use this technique because it was a quick and easy way to select the background. Since I wanted to make the selection as detailed as I could, using the pen tool allowed me to get small details and enabled me to have more control over my selection.

5. What are the advantages of using a Layer Mask to create the Double Exposure effect?

- Using a Layer Mask allowed me to work on each mask separately and it allowed me to control how much of the photo I wanted visible through the picture.

6. For the Duo-Tone, you had to experiment with mixing Channels and Background colors. Did you try something different with your background like a Gradient?

- Yes, instead of using a plain background for my Duo-Tone background I chose to do a blue to white Gradient. I also experimented with the Channels to get the colors exactly how I wanted them.
